We would like to remind you that all the carpets kilims and rugs are minimum 50years old original handmade patchwork and carpetFirst of all we try to collect unique carpets/rugs/kilims etc. from all the anatolian terratorry and then select the damaged or pieces that cant be repaired to decide wich part of work line thay will fit better patchwork or overdying.After the slection of the unique pieces the overdying process begins with a 2 hour of dusting in a sanding box (we call it ) after the 2 hours the carpet enters a washing session and again 2hours of sanding box after they get out of the sanding and washing the carpets with thick lane get shaved (depends on the order) then we do something called antique washing and its mainly bleaching with special chemicals we developed to take out most of the original color on the piece itself .The next step is boiling the carpet with our custom color that also we developed from %70 organic %30 mixed paint. the boiling is very important because its what gives the tone of the color you want, if you boil less it wil give you a light color and if boiled more will darken etc. after the coloring process comes final washing and also its very important because it decides if the color is permenant or not, after they leave the carpet to dry in the sun and the final step is sand boxing it again for 2 hours and your product is ready for its journey to become a masterpiece in someones home.The patchwork Carpets they get in composition by our designers and get patched handsticht or machine depending on the customours will, and the patchwork is a revolution in the carpets business because you can find 5 different unique carpets in one piece from different manufacturers and styles arround the globe.also there is no limits of the size and shape .
